Moreover, given the unique nature our clients’ requirements, we provide our individual clients with employment-based immigration law including non-immigrant categories including E, H, L and O petitions. We also specialize in permanent residence processing thorough labor certification and labor certification exempt petitions including priority worker petitions and national interest waivers and family based petitions.

About the Attorney
Attorney-at-Law
Margaret A. Zawadzka is the founder of MAZLegal International, a law
firm located in the New York City. Ms. Zawadzka has over 13 years’
experience in Immigration & Business Law. Her area of expertise lies
in business immigration, particularly E, H, L and O visa
classifications. She obtains employment based immigrant visas through
the labor certification/PERM process, through extraordinary ability
visas (EB-1) for artists, athletes and scientists, as well as national
interest waivers (NIW). She also handles investment issues, intricate
naturalization applications and a variety of waivers issues, including
J-1 waivers.
Ms. Zawadzka represents domestic and international
corporate and individual clients before the US Citizenship and
Immigration Services, the US Department of Labor, the Bureau of Customs
and Border Protection and the US Department of State.
Ms.
Zawadzka received her Juris Doctor degree from Jagiellonian University
in Cracow, Poland and & her Master’s in Law from Fordham University
School of Law in New York City. She is licensed to practice state law
in New York. Federal law permits her to practice immigration and
nationality law anywhere in the US.
She is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association and New York State Bar Association.
